Delivery:

All items are hand printed to order and can take between 2-8 days to despatch. If I have the garment in stock it will be posted out within 2 days, you will be sent a despatch notification. If your order is urgent please contact me for a same day pickup/despatch and I'll do my very best to accommodate.

Delivery rates are calculated by weight as this is the most cost effective way for the customer. You have an option to select 1st or 2nd class post at checkout.  Examples of 2nd class post for individual items are:​

• Make-up bag - £1.00 

• Tees & Camo bags - £2.50

• Sweats & Joggers - £3.50

• Hoodies - £4.00

Multiple items will be calculated at checkout.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT:

If you are local to Molesey, Surrey and would like to save on postage, select Click & Collect on the shipping option at checkout and I'll let you know the address when your order is ready for collection.

 

Returns:

If you would like to return an item, that's no problem. Refunds are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition in which it was received.

Please email me on jane@sprigdesigns.co.uk within 14 days of delivery if this is the case and I will send you the return address details. Please include your full name, address, order number and reason for return.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item please return it as per instructions above. Once I've received it I will refund you in full. You can then re-order a different design or size from my website.

All return postage is at the customer's expense.

Personalised & customised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
